At bleu customer satisfaction is very important to us. We have a 14 day no hassle money back guarantee on any online purchase from our store.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please email bleuhandmadecrafts@gmail.com for an exchange or full refund minus postage and packaging.
If your order arrives and you are unhappy please begin the returns and refund process by sending a photo to bleuhandmadecrafts@gmail.com
We are not able to provide a refund or replacement without proof of goods.
Refunds are issued to the same tender as original purchase.
Since our candles are handmade, there maybe very mild scratches and small air bubbles on some candles, we take the utmost care pouring and removing from moulds however as it is a handmade process, very rarely it may occur.
We will never send out a candle we do not believe matches our high standard or send one we wouldn't display in our own home.
Frosting may also occur - this is a natural effect in vegetable waxes and gives a white stone effect. As the candles we pour are all white you should not be able to see it but it just means the wax we use is 100% natural. It does not effect the performance of the candle.
